From Monitoring to Action: AI for Smarter Manufacturing Maintenance
As returning exhibitors, our team went bigger and better this year with an upgraded booth and presentation titled, “From Monitoring to Action: AI’s Role in Smarter Manufacturing Maintenance.” The session featured poll results on AI’s impact in maintenance, including how it’s currently being used within organizations and the biggest challenges teams face in adopting it. One of the event highlights was our live demo, where attendees got a firsthand look at our platform in action.
From Predictive Maintenance to Work Order Action
AI can support maintenance teams beyond equipment monitoring by connecting predictive insights with maintenance history, operational context, and the workflows that follow. From identifying developing equipment issues to supporting diagnosis and intelligent work order preparation, the goal is to shorten the path between detecting a problem and taking the right action.
What We Heard at SMRP 2025
Exhibiting and presenting at this event allowed us to connect with many professionals who share our passion for advancing maintenance practices and strengthening the manufacturing industry. We were inspired by the level of engagement and curiosity, as attendees were eager to discuss challenges, explore new solutions, and take part in our giveaway drawings.
